Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADLC Forge platform and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by ADLC Forge ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, or systems connected to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Exceed published rate limits or use automated means to access the Service beyond the API and CLI interfaces we provide
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or manage through the Service, including assets, configurations, version files, and metadata ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and distribute Your Content. We do not review or endorse Your Content.

4. Organizations and Roles

The Service provides organization-level workspaces with role-based access control. Organization administrators are responsible for managing membership, roles, and permissions within their organization. We are not responsible for actions taken by organization members within the scope of their assigned roles.

5. Service Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under multiple pricing tiers as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page and may be modified at our discretion.

Usage beyond your plan's limits may result in temporary access restrictions until you upgrade or reduce usage. We will provide in-product warnings before enforcing limits.

6. API and CLI Access

We provide API and CLI access to the Service. API usage is subject to rate limits as documented. Personal access tokens and service tokens are credentials — you are responsible for keeping them secure. We reserve the right to revoke tokens that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by ADLC Forge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. The ADLC Forge CLI is provided as a compiled binary for your use in connection with the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADLC Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following account termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
