Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

ADLC Forge ("we," "us," or "our") operates the adlcforge.com website and the ADLC Forge platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you join an organization, we also collect your name and role within that organization.

Usage Information

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, assets created or published, and API requests made. This includes CLI usage when you use the ADLC Forge command-line tool.

Content You Provide

We store the assets, configurations, and metadata you upload or create through the Service. This content belongs to you and your organization.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. We use this information to analyze trends and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Enforce organization-level access controls and permissions
  • Send transactional communications (account verification, security alerts, approval notifications)
  • Monitor usage patterns to detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and ensure platform stability
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Within your organization: Other members of your organization can see your name, role, and activity within shared workspaces as part of normal platform operation.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services to host infrastructure, process authentication, and deliver the Service. These providers access data only as needed to perform their functions.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure, managed infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement row-level security policies to ensure organization data is isolated. Access tokens are hashed and API credentials are encrypted at rest.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as audit logs).

Organization-owned content (assets, versions, configurations) is retained according to the organization's plan and is managed by organization administrators.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@adlcforge.com.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our marketing website does not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers. The ADLC Forge platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
